How can I pay for my booking?

The online payment system allows you to pay using either a debit card or credit card.

How will I know if I am booked onto a course?

  • After entering your details and submitting the online registration form, you will receive an automated email confirmation that your booking has been received.
  • Please ensure all your details, particularly your email address are correct before submitting your request. If your details are incorrect, you may not receive your confirmation.
  • If you do not receive an automated confirmation please contact us

What do I need to take with me to the course/event?

Virtual Wellbeing Workshops
You may wish to have a notepad and pen to make notes throughout the workshop

Outdoor activities
After registering, your details will be sent to the relevant activity organiser, e.g. High Tide Adventure, who will contact you directly via email explaining what equipment is provided, and anything you may need to take with you

I can’t attend the workshop on the date I am booked on. Can my registration be transferred to an alternative date?

Registrations can be transferred however the following conditions apply:

  • Transfers can only be completed for the same type of activity, i.e. workshop to workshop. You cannot transfer from a workshop to a outdoor activity event.

What happens if I can't attend?

If you are no longer able to attend, please inform us at your earliest convenience as this will allow us to open up your place to others To request the cancellation of a place/s on a course, please contact us

What is the cut off point for booking on an activity?

Unless otherwise stated, you can book a place on workshops / events up until the day of the activity.

How will my information be used?

Rise will need to forward your contact details to the organisation delivering the event, i.e. workshop consultants, activity deliverers, etc., for them to send out pre-event information.
