Rise is a north-east based charitable organisation, existing to advocate the power of movement and physical activity to improve quality of life in communities, schools, workplaces and many other settings. Working in partnership with the North East & North Cumbria Integrated Care System (NENC ICS), we have developed a wellbeing package for health and social care staff to access, entirely free of charge.
Our booking system allows you to browse and register your details on a wide range of virtual wellbeing workshops, wellbeing classes, activities and events.
